As we have our own in-house paper core cutting facility as well as our own in-house plastics injection moulding facility, all Paper Cores and all Plastic Cores are customisable in width and diameter.
Customized design leader tapes are also available with short lead times. Our in-house designer is able to assist if digital alterations are required.
Wax Ribbons
Omnimetric wax ribbons are most compatible for use on paper based materials to achieve durable and sharp image printout
Ideal for use:
- With paper substrates
- Where fast print speeds are required (up to 12 inches per second)
- In applications with minimal exposure to chemicals and/or abrasion
Wax/Resins Ribbons
Omnimetric Wax/Resin ribbons offer a wide range of compatibility to various grades of label substrate materials. It's increased resin content enables strong durability and scratch resistance
Ideal for use:
- With top-coated and matte synthetic substrates
- In applications with moderate exposure to chemicals and/or abrasion
Resins Ribbons
Omnimetric Resin ribbons are used for the most demanding quality requirements. They are typically highly chemically resistant, temperature resistant and pair very well with synthetic materials for unmatched durability
Ideal for use:
- With all synthetic materials
- In applications with high exposure to solvents and/or abrasion, including ultra-high/low temperatures, extreme UV and other harsh conditions.
