Omnimetric customers are from USA, Japan, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Australia. We are currently doing OEM for 3 international brands from USA, Europe and Japan.
Q2. How about lead time?
Generally 3-15 days or 15-30 days for mass production order.
Q3. How about product quality?
At Omnimetric we place Quality as our number one priority. Products are 100% inspected before leaving the factory. We achieve 6-Sigma Quality in shipment. We have all the equipment for reliability testing. We manufacture at the time of order to extend shelf life. Our manufacturing is up to ISO 9001 international standards.
Q4. How to deal with defective products?
We guarantee 1:1 replacement for defective goods.
Q5. Can you provide OEM service for Customer?
Yes, we can produce under Customers’ brand names from plastic moulding with Company logo, different colours to designing artwork, printing and final packaging.
